Banners can be either cut vinyl lettering, or digital printed products. In most cases, digital print will prove to be your best option, and best price. Also, in most cases, the property owner must approve a banner installation on letterhead for submission to the city or county for a permit. Permit approval is generally the same day, with most cities or counties, and can be accomplished by the business owner. However, CSL can also quote the permitting service.
